Sun World unveils new consumer website

Online searches related to grapes occur in the hundreds of thousands every month. Sun World International, LLC has launched an exciting new consumer website designed to deliver the information consumers are seeking online.

The newly updated Sun-World.com has a responsive web design that allows accurate viewing on any device’s screen, including mobile phones. It features a natural, farm-fresh design theme to connect consumers back to the vineyards, and a clean and creative layout for an improved navigational experience. The new search engine optimised site offers visitors customised content such as:

Grape Recipes – the Sun-World.com recipe library shows consumers that there are many ways to take grapes beyond snacking by incorporating their crisp texture and juicy aromatic flavour in desserts, as a sweet balance to savoury dishes and even in snack crafts with the kids.
How-To Guides – step-by-step tips that take the guessing work out of selecting, washing, freezing and even growing your own grapes.
Health Information – a frequently searched item, the new site provides not only grape nutrition facts, but also a rundown of all the beneficial nutrients in grapes and their positive effects on health.
Social Media Engagement – throughout the site, visitors can post and share content, as well as connect with SunWorldFruit on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.

“Like all of our marketing activities, the new Sun World website was designed based on consumer insights to help us better engage, educate and entertain people,” Program Marketing Manager Natalie Erlendson said. “We’re creating an experience with the Sun World brand online that compliments the outstanding eating experience our proprietary grapes give.”

“The website is part of a larger strategy to build Sun World as a trusted brand for grapes which can increase demand and drive consumption for our customers,” Executive Vice President Gordon Robertson said.

Sun World’s consumer marketing efforts also include social media, sweepstakes, retail shopper marketing programs, branded packaging and new item innovations.
