TV-station exposes American fraud

The American TV-station WBS-TV, from Atlanta, investigated claims against a trader selling 'organic' products. Kim Shelley claims to only sell organic products in his store, much of which is grown by his own company. Reporter Jim Strickland examined the dubious claims after a tip.

His report shows that there is sufficient reason to doubt Shelley's claims. He said he had his own growing company in Georgia, but there is no company registered in his name in the state of Georgia. In addition, his store is not included on the list of organic stores in Atlanta. Moreover, a camera crew filmed him loading up products at a conventional wholesale market. When Strickland confronts Shelley with his findings, he denies the allegations.
