Emma at Planet Produce said it is only available for a short period each year. "The white broccoli is mainly aimed chefs and the food service industry. It is grown by a local grower in small quantities, who also has the purple variety."
Although not widely available this product has been around for quite a few years, but will most likely remain a niche product.
