BelOrta has Coeur de boeuf d'Antan for the first time

On Wednesday March 25th, 2015 Coeur de boeuf d'Antan was auctioned off at BelOrta for the first time. Buyer, Bollaerts Primeurs, bought the first 3.5 kg box for 2.61 Euro/kg. This remarkable tomato is very plump and has an intense taste. The Coeur de boeuf d'Antan is especially known for it's heart shaped appearance.

In contrast to the Coeur de boeuf, the 'd'Antan' is wide at the top and comes together to a point at the bottom. This large tomato has a good shelf life and is coloured from the inside out.
