Sam Agri uses only a single variety i.e. the Bhagwa variety which ensures uniform quality and taste all year round. The Bhagwa variety is the best variety for Ready-To-Eat, given its soft seed, sweeter taste and dark red colour.
At Sam Agri's developed high care processing units, superior quality and shelf life is a result of extracting the delicate pomegranate arils through a slow-paced manual extraction process (instead of machine). It reduces/avoids damages and allows for better grading and therefore a better shelf life of 18 days. The high care units and the growing area of about 1,500 Acres is certified by the leading retailers in Europe and US (TN, F2F, FDA and others), and the product is being supplied also to the Far East and the Middle East countries.
The pomegranate arils can be supplied, prepared and pre-packed in the new consumer packaging and/or as a loose product for packers, and more recently, being used at an increasing rate by fresh juice producers.
