Terre di Sicilia is a company located in Sicily covering 16 hectares at 450 metres a.s.l. Thanks to the fertile land, it cultivates high-quality vegetables both in the field and in greenhouses (watermelons, peppers, tomatoes, fennel).
A few years ago, the company increased the cultivation of "cape horne" cabbages, which are harvested between January and March.
Volumes available reach 50 tons. The produce is packaged in plastic 30x50 cm crates weighing 7 kg on average.
Thanks to its cultivation techniques, which respect nature, human health and the ecosystem, in 2014 Terre di Sicilia was certified as organic farm by Bios.
