Square and baby Eggplants
In February 2015, the company shows two world premiers at the trade show: square eggplants and the new variety of eggplant Baby striped aubergine. Their taste is great and exceptional with their creamy flesh becoming rich and fruity with a melting quality when cooked.
Aubergines are grown in Cyprus in the summer season but with the expertise of his technical team Alion Vegetables & Fruit has achieved producing them all year round. In addition, the exhibitor has managed on the basis of a new idea and production also to produce square eggplants.
