Brittany France's leading cabbage production region

The Breton climate makes the region France’s number one cabbage production area, growing over 7 million heads.

Cabbages are produced from October through until April. 90% of Prince de Bretagne’s production is packaged in 1.5kg packages. From January onwards they process over 10,000 packets per day.

Prince de Bretagne also offers cabbages with one layer less of leaves in boxes measuring 60x40cm. Their kale also exists as a mini vegetable sold as a “soup duo” or organic.

Prince de Bretagne offer many vegetables in their winter range including shallots, leeks and chicory.
