Edeka calls mushrooms back due to glass shards

The German retailer Edeka is calling back the article 'Gut & Günstig Champignons 1. Wahl in Scheiben', reports the German website t-online.de. These mushrooms are sliced and packaged in glass with a capacity of 280 grams (drained 170 grams). This call back is only regarding mushrooms that have the date '31.12.2015' stamped on the lid.

Edeka cannot 100% confirm that there is no glass in some of the jars. Therefore Edeka is taking this extra cautionary step and removing the jars with the relevant date. Already purchased jars can be returned to any Edeka and Marktkauf branch, also without a receipt. Buyer will receive their money back.
