First edition of World Food Warsaw starts today

World Food Warsaw 2014 is an international food fair, organized for the first time this year, which will take place at Expo XXI Warsaw from 9 to 11 April. Visitors to this exhibition will gain insight into market and demand trends in the Polish market and get the chance to expand their business network in Poland by signing partnership deals with supermarkets, distributors and food companies. World Food Warsaw offers a varied program of conferences, including seminars and on-site tastings.

The agenda will include the following subjects: 
- Apples, a Polish export success. 
- Farm2fork: The future of the food chain in Poland. 
- Opportunities and possibilities for export to Eastern European countries 
- PGI and PGO products in the fruit and vegetable sector.



Wide range of exhibitors
Nearly 100 companies will be exhibiting their products, ranging from fruit and vegetables, processed fruit and vegetables, packaging, meat, spices, beverages and logistics services. 16 European companies from countries like France, Germany, Greece and Italy will be present. Additionally, there will be 40 Polish companies showcasing Polish products. Other exhibitors come from countries all over the world, including Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
