Germany: Palestinian Fresh at Fruit Logistica

In Hall 2.1C, at this year's Fruitlogistica, “Palestinian Fresh,” the Palestinian pavilion showcases top Palestinian produce. Produce cultivated on land with mineral rich soil, watered by the Jordan River and numerous aquifers and warmed by more than 320 days of sunshine a year.

Companies representing exporters of Fresh Herbs, Fruits, Vegetables and Medjool Dates will showcase their produce and organize meetings with key buyers and will invite attendees to visit their stand.

The West Bank/Gaza has developed enormously over the past number of years in fresh produce quality standards. An exporting channel to North America, The European Union, the Gulf Region and more recently to Russia, has been opened up as a result.

The Palestinian participation is facilitated and supported by USAID’s Compete Project that aims to strengthen Palestinian firms’ competitiveness and export potential.
