Sicily: Medisoul is investing in offering even earlier grapes and summer fruit
Organic Victoria grapes.
Medisoul has always been producing white grapes, black or red very early, already beginning to harvest in May/June, when the rest of the market is at a standstill. Now Medisoul - together to the associated farm "Il Castello" - aims to produce organic seedless grapes anticipating further the production timing. "We will start harvesting early, between 20-25 of May, ending with this early production not later than the 15-20 of July!"
Of course Medisoul will also continue the production of the traditional grapes of Sicily, of which the harvesting calendar is from July 20 until the end of December of each year, for both traditional and organic grapes.

From this year on, Medisoul will harvest early nectarines from the first week of May to the first week of June and apricots from the first week of May to the second week of August. Both productions are in the phase of being converted to organic.
