Produce, a provider of conventional and organic specialty produce based in Kelton, Pennsylvannia, will introduce a combo-pack for their line of specialty onions this season. The pack will feature five kinds of onions from I Love Produce's line of produce.The new combo-pack is designed to reduce shrink by allowing retailers to carry fewer bags of each kind of onion. Because the new box contains several kinds of onions, retailers can provide a wider variety with fewer boxes. The new pack will contain white pearl onions, read pearl onions, gold pearl onions, white boiler onions and a flat Italian sweet onion called the Cipollini.
I Love Produce also ships shallots, garlic and ginger in addition to onions. They are all available fresh, packaged or peeled year-round for retail or food service.
