Banana wholesale prices across several European Union markets showed minimal movement between week 42 and week 43, according to the latest figures expressed in euros per 100 kilograms.
In Germany, prices remained steady at €118 per 100 kg, reflecting unchanged conditions in the country's wholesale trade.
In Spain, prices rose slightly from €100 in week 42 to €103 in week 43, indicating a small upward adjustment at the end of October. France showed the opposite trend, with the average price easing from €110 to €107 per 100 kg.

Ireland recorded a more notable decrease, falling from €132 to €121 per 100 kg, suggesting softer market demand or adjusted import prices.
In Portugal, the wholesale price held stable at €96 per 100 kg for both weeks, while Slovakia also reported no change, maintaining €117 per 100 kg.
Overall, the market remained largely stable across the observed countries, with slight fluctuations limited to Spain, France, and Ireland.
