Riverford collaborates with La Grama in Peru for sourcing ginger and turmeric. Founded in 2006 by three ex-organic inspectors, La Grama was established after recognizing the vital need to support small-scale farmers and impoverished agricultural communities across Latin America. Their journey involved certifying diverse farms, ranging from small quinoa cultivators in the highlands to large banana producers in Ecuador and the Dominican Republic.
