Garlic Solutions is a large supplier of unpeeled and peeled garlic cloves in Europe. It has for several years produced and supplied freshly chopped spices, blends and also fresh-cut convenience products for the catering industry.
Since Friday 10 March 2023, three new fresh catering products from Garlic Solutions have been available through Van Gelder groente & fruit. These are ginger slices (for in ginger tea), sliced red pepper rings and Jalapeño rings. All three products are packed in flow packs.

Peeled garlic cloves
For several years, Garlic Solutions supplies peeled garlic cloves under the brand Garlicieux to catering wholesalers. This is the first product Garlic Solutions made in its series of convenience products for the catering industry, which focuses on freshness, quality, no additives and yet a long shelf life.
Wok and freshness packs
Garlic Solutions has also been supplying sliced red pepper rings and ginger cubes for in wok packs and sliced ginger pieces for in supermarket freshness packs for a few years now.
