He said that the Association of Producers of Pilas de Monte Plata is a project led by young entrepreneurs from this territory and other places in the country that has 377 associated producers.
He also said that in the 2 years and 2 months of its existence the Pineapple Producers Association of Monte Plata had already launched the Sweet Crown Dominican Pineapples and Dorada Premium Pineapple brands, which have participated in two important international fairs.
The legislator stated that the associated producers were now working to export pineapples to France, Spain, Portugal, and other countries.
