How you’ll make your mark
Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Create operative processes for future warehouses and transport services
  • Measure and steer logistics service providers (transport and warehouse)
  • Set operative standards which serve as a best practice
  • Continue to optimize the operational processes 
  • Work in an international team
  • Close collaboration with international departments and country organisations of the ALDI SÜD Group as well as suppliers and logistics service providers

Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:

  • Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
  • Relevant professional experience managing logistics service providers (3PLs), preferably in retail sector
  • Experience in produce/fresh product operations in warehouse and transport 
  • Several years of leadership experience 
  • Can-do attitude who enjoys setting up a project from scratch
  • Reliable, structured, and result-oriented way of working in a dynamic work environment
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of assertiveness
  • Fluent Business English skills

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 59.300*

*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
