Montosa has expanded its operations in Perpignan after acquiring a new warehouse, increasing its capacity for the French market from about 300 square metres to more than 700 square metres.

The warehouse is located in the Medina 4 logistics complex, owned by Groupe Primever. The larger facility provides additional infrastructure to support Montosa's supply chain in France and aligns with the company's growing sales in the country. According to commercial director Thierry Athimon, the expansion responds to increased customer demand and the need to optimise logistics processes.

A key part of the move is the plan to maintain a continuous stock of fresh guacamole in France. Athimon said the aim is to store guacamole in Perpignan to enable smoother distribution and faster supply to French retail outlets.
Montosa supplies a range of clients in France, including supermarket chains and specialist wholesalers, delivering both standard volumes and customised orders.

Managing director Marta Sanjuan said the opening of the new warehouse marks a step in the company's European growth and reflects a focus on closer cooperation with customers and supply-chain partners.
