Enna Fruit renamed Arivera Fruit with AEO-C certificate

After joining Fortenova Group, Enna Fruit, based in Croatia, has rebranded with a new name and visual identity. The company will now operate as Arivera Fruit, introducing a new trademark, colours, and logo, alongside the launch of its new website www.ariverafruit.hr.

The name Arivera Fruit combines words representing courage, strength, and dedication, the company's guiding principles. The logo and colour selection reflect nature and agricultural production.

Arivera Fruit and its affiliated companies are active across Southeast Europe in the supply, organisation of production, purchase, distribution, and processing of fruit and vegetables. The company cooperates with more than 1,000 contract farmers, prioritising the organisation and purchase of locally grown produce for domestic markets, with additional volumes exported to regional and international markets.

In Croatia, Arivera Fruit operates six purchase centres in Donji Miholjac, Lozan, Varaždin, Opuzen, Polača, and Dugo Selo, where its headquarters are located. Through Moslavina voće, the company manages Croatia's largest apple orchard near Kloštar Ivanić. Arivera Fruit employs more than 600 people and reports annual revenues exceeding US$293 million (EUR 270 million).

The company states that responsible operations remain a central principle, focusing on long-term partnerships, community investment, and environmental protection. Arivera Fruit holds a number of internationally recognised certifications, including the Authorised Economic Operator – Customs (AEO-C) Certificate, issued by the Croatian Customs Authority. This certification recognises compliance with international customs standards and strengthens its role as a reliable partner in the global supply chain.

The AEO-C certification offers benefits including simplified customs procedures, fewer inspections, faster movement of goods and documents, and lower operating costs in customs clearance.

Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board Sanja Burić said, "We have changed our name and visual identity, but all the fundamental values that we are guided by in our operations have remained the same. We work, grow, and provide support to our contractors and partners, and care about our employees, customers, and the entire community. Thus, over a period of only five years, we have built a strong chain of relations across the region that creates new value in all markets where we operate. Additionally strengthened by joining Fortenova Group, with which it primarily shares the same approach to doing business, Arivera Fruit shall continue to be a safe and reliable partner in the regional production of fruit and vegetables."
