As of July 1, 2025, Lukas Lackner has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Insort GmbH, headquartered in Berndorf, Austria. He succeeds Dr. Markus Schlagbauer, who led the company over the past eighteen months.
Lackner has been with the company for several years, most recently serving as CEO of Insort Inc. in the United States. In that role, he contributed to the development of the North American market and supported the company's international positioning. Now based in Austria, he will oversee Insort's global operations and guide the next phase of the company's growth.

This leadership transition emphasizes the central role of Insort's Austrian headquarters in innovation and technology within the international food technology sector.
