Livingstone's food, beverage, and agri-food team has advised the shareholders of Madremia on the sale of the company to Winning Group.
Madremia has a family origin that dates back to the 1940s, when Joaquín Sancho Sanz began growing citrus in Canals (Valencia). In 1983, the company opened its first production plant equipped with specialized machinery for processing fruits and vegetables. Since then, it has grown to become one of the main groups devoted to the marketing of citrus, as well as other fruits and vegetables.
