On Saturday, June 21, Elea Technology will open the doors of its new location at Niedersachsenstraße 5 and cordially invite all technology enthusiasts and visitors eager to discover something new to celebrate the grand opening of the modern company headquarters in Quakenbrück. From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., visitors can expect an electrifying afternoon with hands-on technology, activities for the whole family, and insights into the sustainable future of food processing.
Elea Technology is a global leader in the application of Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technology, an innovative process that uses short pulses of high-voltage electricity to process plant-based foods such as potatoes, vegetables, and fruit in a particularly gentle way. "What makes our technology so special is that it works purely with electricity – ideally from renewable energy sources – and enables sustainable food processing. PEF saves water, lowers energy consumption, and reduces food waste – all without the use of chemicals," says the company.

The official opening of the new headquarters took place on June 18.
Here's what visitors can expect on the open house day:

- Children's program with a bouncy castle and a play box full of fun
- Ice cream and refreshments for the perfect summer afternoon
Donations will also be collected for two important organizations:
- BSB-Begegnen-Spielen-Brücken bauen e.V., which is committed to creating places in Bersenbrück where families feel at home.
- The FIZ Jugendtreff Quakenbrück which offers young people creative and social spaces.
