Domestic offers clearly dominated the market. They were available in both six- and eight-piece packs. In some places, the loads were available without competition. They were mostly flanked by Belgian loads. A few Dutch and French products also participated in marketing. The quality was generally good. Demand was not particularly strong and could be met without difficulty. Traders rarely had any reason to modify their previous demands. As a result of reduced storage capacity, sellers in some places granted discounts to avoid stockpiling. However, stable prices were also recorded. In Munich, supplies from Austria and France included loose florets, which did not exactly boost sales.

Apples
The sales period for last season's European produce is slowly coming to an end. Domestic, Italian, and French products were still available in sufficient quantities, but their presence was noticeably limited.
Table grapes
Demand was quite favorable, but could be met without any major difficulties. A certain reluctance to buy was noticeable in some cases, with seasonal fruit tending to be the focus of marketing.
Strawberries
Domestic supplies clearly dominated the scene. The rainy weather at the beginning of the week limited demand, but supplies were also scarce. High-quality loads were therefore only available in limited quantities, which caused prices to skyrocket.
Cherries
Spanish fruit dominated, but domestic fruit gained significantly in importance. Turkish and Italian products played a more complementary role. Supplies from Belgium, France, and Greece were only available in very small quantities.
Apricots
Demand was generally quite strong. However, price reductions were virtually inevitable as availability increased and demand failed to keep pace.
Peaches and nectarines
Spanish fruit formed the basis of the product range. Supply increased and was sufficient to satisfy demand. Demand improved considerably, intensifying towards the weekend.
Bananas
Supply and demand were generally in balance, so prices remained largely unchanged.
Lettuce
Domestic and Belgian supplies were available for lettuce. Quality differences occasionally led to a relatively wide price range. In general, prices fluctuated within their previous limits.
Cucumbers
Demand was not particularly strong and could be met without difficulty. Prices tended to fall in most cases as demand declined slightly.
Tomatoes
Dutch and Belgian deliveries dominated. Availability was slightly limited. The fairly strong demand could not always be met. Prices, therefore, tended to rise.
Sweet peppers
Supply was slightly limited overall. Demand, on the other hand, remained strong. Prices climbed, with red and yellow items in particular becoming pricier.
Asparagus
The season was slowly entering the home stretch. Deliveries were still quite extensive, but declined somewhat. The quality of the spears was also no longer consistently impressive. Demand declined, particularly after the Pentecost holiday, when it was rather subdued.
