Scherpenhuizen Beheer and Growers United seek joint control of Scherpenhuizen Spain

Scherpenhuizen Beheer and Coöperatie Growers United U.A. intend to acquire joint control of Scherpenhuizen Spain. They submitted a request for approval to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) on 21 May 2025. Scherpenhuizen Spain is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Scherpenhuizen Beheer.

Through its subsidiaries Finca Boyal and SHOG SL in Spain, Scherpenhuizen Spain is exclusively engaged in the cultivation of snack cucumbers and snack peppers.
