On Augustus 30, 2023, Fobek B.V. acquired the rights to A. De Nijs & sons' monopoly varieties. This Dutch company's estate was declared bankrupt.
Fobek, also a Dutch company, immediately appointed Agroplant Holland B.V. as these varieties legal representative. Agroplant will, thus, market the 2023 harvested seed potatoes and further develop and commercialize the varieties, the company reports.
This concerns the rights to the ARMIN, HIND, RED SUN, and ROSLIN varieties and seedling FOB 2012-136-331 (Taylor), currently in application.
