The war in Ukraine encourages people to provide themselves with their own products

Ukraine is a country with a rich agricultural history, famous for its tasty vegetables and fruits. Different regions of the country grow different types of crops. In the south of Ukraine, the main crops are onions, carrots, early vegetables, and strawberries. On the north, it's blackberries and raspberries. In the east of the country, there are strawberries and apples. In the northeast, there are large areas of potatoes, beets, cabbage and carrots, the most popular crops for traditional Ukrainian borscht. In the west, the main crops are, root vegetables, as well as potatoes, raspberries, and blackberries.

The war in Ukraine has led to difficulties in agricultural production. However, some crops are still successfully grown, but sales are decreasing. Farmers are afraid to invest in production because they cannot guarantee the safety of their workers and resources. The main task is to win the war, after which it will be possible to think about improving production efficiency.

Ukraine has the potential to become a leader in the production and export of agricultural products. The country has vast agricultural land and a climate suitable for growing various crops. However, Ukraine has problems with storing crops and with cultivation technologies. To increase production efficiency, it is necessary to improve technologies and develop infrastructure. Also, it is important to support the agricultural sector by the state, which will provide the population with quality and affordable food products.
