Gebr. De Mooij Amsterdam's Fino Fresco line is now also available as a washed product. With this, this Dutch company is betting on the increasing interest in convenience and ready-to-eat products.
Gebr. De Mooij Amsterdam has offered washed baby leaf for some time. However, this was only available on order. Rucola and mesclum are now stock items. Both these products are available in 8 x 125g trays packs and 4 x 250g catering packs.
A distinctive look was developed for these washed products. The new Fino Fresco line can be recognized by its purple box. This box is similar in design to that of the existing unwashed range.
