Rockit Global Limited, a New Zealand-based company specialising in snack-sized apples, will participate in a business delegation to China from 17–20 June. The delegation is led by New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon and includes 27 other exporters.
According to Rockit Global CEO Grant McBeath, the company sees the visit as an opportunity to strengthen its relationship with China and expand its presence in the market. Greater China currently represents a significant share of Rockit's global exports, with reported annual growth of over 50 percent.

As part of the trip, Rockit will sign a strategic partnership agreement with Xian Feng, one of China's major fruit retail chains, which operates 2,000 stores nationwide. The agreement will be signed during a ceremony attended by the Prime Minister and other senior New Zealand officials.
McBeath noted that the event is expected to contribute to greater market visibility and further collaboration between the two countries in the horticultural sector. The agreement with Xian Feng follows a period of increased exports to China and is intended to support continued growth in the region.
