Customer dissatisfied with vegetable portion size from delivery service

A customer named Nan Wei expressed dissatisfaction on social media after receiving a vegetable dish from Alijiang through the Deliverychinatown app, which she claimed was significantly less than expected for the price of $19.95. The dish was ordered as a takeaway from Vivo City, and upon arrival, Nan Wei noted that the box was not even one-third full.

When she complained, the response from Deliverychinatown was that the menu photos were only meant for reference and no refund would be offered, although a $3 voucher was proposed but rejected by Nan Wei. The issue has raised discussions on portion sizes and advertising practices.
