New partnership between LogisticDocuments.com and FreshERP

"Better insight into containers' journeys"

Fresh IT Services and LogisticDocuments.com have recently embarked on a partnership. Through an API integration, these Dutch software companies are providing both current and potential customers with enhanced visibility into the journey of their containers. By utilizing this integration, customers receive updates such as ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), container movements within the port, and customs inspections, accessible both within FreshERP and on the LogisticDocuments.com platform. From now on, users of FreshERP can find crucial updates on container journeys, including ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), delays, and scheduled customs inspections, directly in FreshERP, automatically fed from LogisticDocuments.com. Furthermore, with just one click in FreshERP, users are redirected to the corresponding shipment on the LogisticDocuments.com platform, where they gain deeper insights into their incoming container loads. Collaboration with supply chain partners, such as sharing shipping details necessary for customs clearance and uploading related documents, can also be done directly on LogisticDocuments.com.

Together, Fresh IT Services and LogisticDocuments.com aim to enhance the supply chain management of importers and exporters by delivering relevant data to the users of their software.

"DNA is growing rapidly, thanks in part to the creation of strategic partnerships and the realization of software integrations," says Hans de Wit, Commercial Director & Co-Owner of DNA Services & Fresh IT Services. "By expanding our partner ecosystem, we can offer our customers additional functionality. LogisticDocuments.com integrates seamlessly with FreshERP, a software package for companies trading, processing, or transporting potatoes, fruits, and vegetables (PFV). The FreshERP software, which we acquired in 2022, is an industry solution that we are increasingly implementing. With this partnership, we can offer our customers even more added value. I believe in the collaboration between winning companies, leading to mutual growth and happy customers!"
