Azerbaijan increases fruit and vegetable exports

From January to May 2023, Azerbaijan exported 238,893 tonnes of fruits and vegetables worth $241,967.98 thousand to foreign countries. According to the State Customs Committee report, the value of the exported fruits and vegetables increased by $22,725 thousand or 10.4% in annual comparison, while the volume increased by 46,630 tonnes or 24.2%.

In the first five months of 2023, the share of fruits and vegetables in Azerbaijan's total exports amounted to 1.42%.
