Uzbekistan delivers 26,000 tons of fruits and vegetables to Afghanistan

Afghanistan has imported 26,000 tons of vegetables and fruits from Uzbekistan during the first 10 months of the current year. Overall, the latter nation exported 1.2 million tons of fruits and vegetables worth $747.4 million during this period. Kazakhstan (538,000 tons), Russia – (341,000 tons), Kyrgyzstan (112,000 tons), China (65,000 tons) and Ukraine (28,000 tons) were among the top importers.

Other notable importers included Afghanistan (26,000 tons), Turkmenistan (24,000 tons), Pakistan (23,000 tons), Belarus (13,000 tons), Turkey (11,000 tons) and Iran (7,500 tons).
