Starting November 1, 2025, residents of East Kazakhstan will be able to buy socially important vegetables at stabilized prices. The program will run until May 1, 2026, aiming to cover up to 50% of the population's three-month demand.
For the autumn-winter period, the available volumes include:
- Potatoes: 6,080 tons
- Carrots: 1,398 tons
- Cabbage: 1,459 tons
- Onions: 973 tons
Prices will be at least 10% lower than the average market cost, based on official statistics, and will be sold through SPK pavilions and stores that have signed agreements with the city's Department of Entrepreneurship.
