FreshPlaza's trading platform www.tacler.com is fast becoming an important part of many fresh produce trader's day. This has not escaped the attention of global fruit and vegetable company Capespan.Carmen Schaeffer from Capespan Continent, based in Belgium was advised by one of her clients to sign into tacler, now she actively trades there everyday.
"I am on tacler everyday, mostly on private conversations where I offer some fruit which I need to sell very quickly. If this doesn’t work I offer them in the specific group". She goes on to say that a big attraction of the platform is that you can reach many people with one message and that it is specifically for fruit and vegetables unlike other social media sites.
Carmen merits tacler above doing business on the phone because the response time is much faster and when you post something you can instantly see the reactions, where as on the phone you reach only one person and may also miss a potential sale. So far Carmen has gained five new customers through tacler.
