Slovenia: Agrokor expected to bid for Mercator
The company had earlier dropped its bid because of stalling and opposition from Slovenian officials.
Next week’s bid will be for 53 percent of shares in Mercator.
Slovenian business daily Finance says Agrokor is expected to offer less than 221 Euro per share.
