In order to get fit for the 2022 Winter Olympics, skater, Manuel Leito, has found a rather unique way to slice his fruit and vegetables. If social media is to be believed, he slices his tomatoes using his skate blade.

The 33-year-old skater specializes in the 500 and 1,000m events. In 2022, he is hoping to compete for the Dominican Republic at the Olympic Games. These are to be held in Beijing, China. Leito moved from the Netherlands to the Dominican Republic at the age of two. He has dual citizenship.
