Between 27 and 29 March, the National Centre for Agricultural Support (KOWR) organised a Polish stand for the first time at the fair Agrofood Nigeria. The stand served to showcase a wide range of food products from many sectors.
Agrofood Nigeria is one of the most important food fairs in this part of Africa. 142 exhibitors from 21 countries took part in this year's edition. National stands were also organised by Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Turkey, South Africa and China.
The fair's visitors showed great interest in the Polish products displayed. KOWR employees also provided information on the Polish agro-food sector and the possibility of establishing direct contacts with companies that have decided to invest in the Nigerian market. Also, representatives of Polish companies present at the fair had the opportunity to conduct talks with potential new customers.
