"This is an important achievement for our citrus fruit sector, as it can now approach a market with a great potential. I am very pleased with the diplomatic work we carried out," commented the Minister for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policy Maurizio Martina.
"The protocol strengthens cooperation in the agricultural sector and is part of the wider framework of relations between our countries. On our part, we will continue to invest to support our companies in a market that offers great potential regarding growth and development. Already during the first two months of 2017, exports to China increased by 12% compared to the previous year."
