At the 25th edition of Fruit Logistica, in order to celebrate its 30th anniversary, GNA presented octagonal tray filler V 80 S which, together with flow-pack tray filler RVA-100, defines a new range of products entirely dedicated to filling.

The V80 S tray filler is an extremely flexible customisable solution perfect to fill trays with all kinds of produce.
It was developed for the fresh-cut segment, but can also be used for other products thanks to its versatility. New filler line with clamshell sealer.
GNA doesn't focus only on packaging, as it also develops solutions for the management of high production standards, from produce input at the start of the line to its placement in cardboard or plastic crates ready to be loaded on pallets and delivered.
RVA-100 was the new solution introduced in 2014 in GNA's filler range. It is compatible with all flowpack packaging system and can be used to fill all types of plastic and cardboard crates.

RVA-100 can automatically place trays in crates. They move on a conveyor and accumulate until they form a complete layer, which is then placed into a crate. The machine is made of stainless steel and managed by a PLC with a simple and intuitive touch screen panel.
The three brushless servomotors enable the achievement of high-performances and a precise crate filling. The electric panel is placed inside the machine, making the RVA-100 smaller and easier to clean. It works with both cardboard and plastic crates.
