Although the company is quite young, it takes advantage of the know-how of its partners, who have over 40 years of experience in the agrobusiness sector.
Grapes are harvested by hand to maintain the produce intact. The fruit is then processed at the company facility, which covers 2000 square metres and boasts 4 processing lines as well as 600 sq m of cold storage units.
"Having our own logistics means we have quite an advantage in terms of quality. This is why we invested in structures that enable us to maintain ideal post-harvest conditions. Our work has the objective of meeting the quantity and quality needs of our clients, who are increasingly demanding," explains Salvatore Consoli.
The company also obtained a series of certifications such as Bio, Bio Suisse, Brc-IFS, GlobalGAP and Gras to guarantee the quality of its production.

What definitely provides added value is the fact that the company is located within the PGI table grapes area in Mazzarrone (CT).
The main clients are retailers specialising in organic produce, both in Italy and Europe (Switzerland and Germany in particular).
Vineyards cover 50 hectares in 3 different locations. Organic cultivation techniques are implemented and shared with final clients.
Most of the production is seedless, as these types of grape are becoming increasingly popular, especially abroad.
