The crates or cartons of the machine are transversely fed, aligned and separated by means of a conveyor belt. The film is gripped and pulled over the tray. The film would already be micro/macro-perforated and/or printed and the machine takes on punching in the corners. The already printed film is positioned using a control bar, which ensures that each sheet of film is always positioned exactly the same way.
After the film has been pulled over the crate, the crate is lifted and pressed into the film, so that the corners of the film and the corners of the crate wedge in together. Then, the crate is discharged and transported out of the system.
