Sarco Packaging is going to enter into a cooperation with REV Packaging Solutions. This week, the parties signed an agreement in which Sarco Packaging receives exclusivity of REV Packaging Solutions, and with this, the company will become the official dealer in the Benelux. Jaap van der Sar, owner of Sarco Packaging, is very happy with the cooperation: “REV offers innovative packing machines that meet the demands of our customers. Because of this, the machines have an added value to our current assortment.”

Shared passion
Both companies share the passion of providing fresh producers with weighing and packing machines that meet customer’s demand. REV packing machines are interesting for practically all cultivators who want to package their fresh produce in netting. The products can be packaged loose or together in a cardboard punnet in a net. The net is closed by means of a metal clip, or by means of the unique sealing technique, so that no metal clip is needed. Fun additions to the packaging are a handle, label and/or a wine glass label.
It has become apparent from the responses of many fresh produce packers that there is interest in the machines. By now, the first machine has been sold, and there is still demand. Sarco Packaging is therefore going to be given a machine for its showroom to use in demonstrations:
REV Vega
The machine is known for its flexibility because it can package a diversity of shapes in a net. From small crates to single oranges, almost everything is possible. The net will be closed with a metal clip. The machine can add a wine glass label, a band or a handle to the packaging.
REV SPIDER
This automatic machine packs various types of fruit and vegetables, which have been placed in a plastic punnet, in a net. This net is closed with a metal clip and can be provided with a wine glass label. The machine has a long netting tube at its disposal, so that it can produce a great number of packagings and is very independent.
REV LION
This automatic packer is the only packing machine that can create a completely PE plastic packaging. Because of this, it is 100 per cent recyclable. The machine is compact, but has many techniques at its disposal, making it easy to use. The machine can add the label in three different ways: along the bottom or top or all the way around.
REV TIGER
This REV machine packs products in a net before sealing it shut. This means that the packaging is completely recyclable, because the only product used is PE plastic. Compared to the REV LION, this packer can pack products loose. The machine has a high productivity and does not need much maintenance.
