The key is that the value-added mushrooms on the shelves have been given a clear appearance to facilitate the customer’s selection process and to make the category more distinctive. The mushrooms are therefore ‘discovered’ more easily by customers. The customer can quickly find their desired mushroom, from white mushrooms to the most surprisingly delicious, exotic mushrooms, and of course the organic variants.
