Waitrose release tiny edible Christmas trees
The festive treat will come with pomegranate seeds and a star anise so that customers can decorate their very own Christmas tree before devouring the healthy snack. The supermarket has high hopes and think they will have a great acceptance from shoppers in the festive spirit.
Waitrose head of fresh produce buying Nicola Waller said: “Cauliflower has shaken off its old fashioned image and is currently the veg du jour. For Christmas this year, cauliflower will be taking centre stage on the dinner table.'
