After the inauguration of part of the new facility and an in-depth analysis of some pieces of equipment, we take the chance to talk about the new product presented during the Open Day.
It is a pressing machine that, thanks to its simplicity and versatility, can be used for both crates with handles and polystyrene trays. It can process up to 800 crates/hour - no other manufacturer can obtain such a high production using a single machine.
Die cleaning is automatic and die replacement is very quick.
The machine can be equipped with a crate/tray distributor, multi-seed seeder, sand/vermiculite placer, final palletizer. In addition, the feeder guarantees an homogeneous mix and less wear and tear than chain machines.
