Leading representatives of international refrigerated transport and shipping industry will be present at the 8th Cool Logistics Global Conference in Bremen from 27-28 September. Here they will discuss new targets and directions for the industry.
“Globally, the share of reefers of the total container volume is about 6%, and the value of the transported goods is even higher,” states Alex von Stempel Managing Director of Cool Logistics Resources.
Gunther Bonz, Executive Vice President of Euro Gate and President of FEPORT (Federation of European Private Port Operators in Brussels) will give the opening presentation during the Cool Logistics Conference.
The main theme of the conference is the role of ports in the international refrigerated transport chain with a special emphasis on safety.
The Cool Logistics Global Conference, returns for the first time in 6 years to Germany. This time the visitors, from more than 20 countries, can see an exhibition of several refrigerated containers and units owned of Hapag Lloyd, Hamburg Süd, Maersk Line, Kuehne + Nagel and Daikin.
The wide range themes of the Cool Logistics Global include the role of maritime shipping in the value chain for temperature-controlled goods, the requirements for banana and citrus transporters and retailers, logistics solutions for chocolate and pharmaceuticals, digitization in the shipping industry, and much more in about transport, technology, storage and logistics.
