Stay cool with potatoes and tomatoes

To keep sweat at bay this summer season, why not try putting a slice of potato under your arms, or perhaps slightly easier, drinking a glass of tomato juice every day?

Rahul Aggarwal, CEO, Organic Harvest, an organic beauty care range company, has shared some easy tips on how to control sweating naturally this summer.

According to Aggarwal, potatoes can help in getting rid of sweat. Simply cut slices of potato and rub them under your arms and the areas prone to sweat. Allow the slices to dry before wearing your clothes.

Drinking a glass of tomato juice every day is also said to help reduce excessive sweating. 

Grapes, which are a natural anti-oxidant, can help balance the body's temperature. So eating grapes daily could also help reduce sweating.
