Market risks
When production is strong and demand is weak, producers can wait to sell at a better price by stocking production and releasing it later. “We can help the producers with this and they will keep a harvest quality. This way they avoid throwing away merchandise or turning to drastic sales promotions.”

Climate
“If there is a period of frost, the producer can anticipate the future harvest and continue to sell even if the grounds are frozen, e.g. for leek harvests. If the producer knows the weather will change for the worse, they can harvest their cherries before the rain and save part of their harvest.”
Ecological
The CA modules can be used every year and do not require consumable parts. The JANNY MT instalments work in conventional cold rooms, energy (electricity) consumption is lower than for CA chamber systems. “No conservators or other products are added : the process is completely natural. Fruits, vegetables, flowers and mushrooms are in a CA thanks to their own breathing that is regulated through the membrane and the cold.”
