On 29th October, Coop Sole from Caserta started harvesting its raspberries and will continue until June with a small break in January.
"The new Adelita variety is very appealing - fruit is big and tastes great and demand for it is great," explains director Pietro Ciardiello.
"We plan on continuing to invest in strawberries and soft fruit, that is why we are also taking part in Bioplanet's Clean Berries project for biological control using useful insects."

"The main destinations for our raspberries are Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition to Northern Europe in summer, which usually consumes what it produces locally, our main competition is Spain. We do stand out for our quality and service provided, though."
